I. GENERAL INFORMATION
- The REMACAFFE online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) is managed by REMA CAFE EOOD, with its registered office in the city of Plovdiv, address: ul. Mostova 3, UIC: BG206256300. The company is the administrator of the personal data of the Store’s customers. In the further provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, to simplify communication, we use definitions such as “REMACAFFE”, “we” or other first-person plural pronouns.

- These General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms and Conditions") describe the rules for purchasing the goods offered in the Store ("Goods"), as well as the conditions for registering an account, participating in loyalty programs and using other services.
- The general terms and conditions can be viewed in the "Information" section of the Store.
- The information about the goods presented in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a sales contract. The customer's order has the legal meaning of an offer to purchase goods.
- The goods in the Store are described in detail, including information about their properties, price and the raw materials from which they are made.
- All trademarks, company names, photographs, designs and product descriptions are protected by copyright and may not be used without the consent of
REMA CAFE LTD . - The purchase of Goods from the Store is possible both for individuals for personal use and for legal entities for commercial purposes, for which a tax invoice is issued to the same.
II. RULES FOR USING THE STORE AND CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF GOODS
- Please review the Terms and Conditions and accept them before placing an order or creating an account in the Store. Without accepting the Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to make purchases or use other services in the Store.
- Please ensure that the information provided when placing an order is true and accurate. In the event of inaccuracies that prevent the order from being fulfilled, we may contact you for corrections.
- We make every effort to ensure efficient and safe use of the Store, in accordance with applicable safety standards.
- It is prohibited to perform actions that would jeopardize the security of the Store or the data of other customers.
- When using the Store, you are required to comply with the following rules:
- Do not interfere with the Store's system environment by introducing malware or other illegal actions.
- Use the Store only for its intended purpose, as described in the General Terms and Conditions.
- Do not use the Store in a manner that could disrupt its functioning or create inconvenience for other users.
- You may not use the content of the Store for personal or commercial use without the consent of
REMA CAFE LTD . - It is prohibited to hinder other customers from making purchases by placing excessive and unusual orders.
- Some items in the Store may be limited in the quantity you can purchase of one type in a single order. You will be notified of these restrictions when adding items to your cart.
III. CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF GOODS
- REMACAFFE's goods and services can be purchased under the terms and conditions described in the General Terms and Conditions.
- Orders can be placed around the clock, and those placed on weekends will be processed on the first following business day.
- To order, you must create an account in the Store and log in.
- You will need to provide the data necessary to complete the order. The data will be marked as required on the purchase form. Without it, we cannot complete the order.
- After submitting your order, you will receive an email with information about the ordered goods, their price, delivery, contact details and other relevant information. This email confirms receipt of your order.
- After checking the order, you will receive a new message confirming the order's execution or rejection with an explanation of the reasons.
- The order confirmation message means that the sales contract has been concluded.
- You can cancel your order before you receive confirmation of its fulfillment by contacting our customer service department.
- To place an order, follow these steps:
- Select the products and add them to the "Cart". Then proceed to the ordering process.
- You can change the contents of the "Cart" before confirming the purchase with the "Buy and pay" button.
- Clicking on "Buy and Pay" means that you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods under the terms and conditions described in the Terms and Conditions.
- The contact details are inaccurate and are preventing delivery.
- The payment was not made within the specified time frame.
IV. DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
- The goods purchased in the Store are delivered to the address specified by you in the order on the territory of Bulgaria.
- The approximate delivery time for the Goods by courier is 3 business days from the day following the day of dispatch of the shipment. The delivery of your order may be delayed during periods of increased volume of purchases in the Store, for example during the holiday periods. However, we make every effort to ensure that your purchases reach you no later than 7 business days after you receive the Confirmation of execution and dispatch of the order. The maximum term for the execution of the order cannot exceed 30 days. If you choose to pay online, we may delay the execution of your order until we have accounted for the price paid for the Goods.
- The goods will be delivered in the following ways:
- by courier service to the address you specified on the territory of Bulgaria;
- at the selected pickup point (for example, a pickup point of the courier service or other REMACAFFE partners - according to the options provided by us.

V. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
- The prices of the Goods in the Store are indicated in Bulgarian leva and include VAT.
- The current payment methods accepted in the Store are presented in the "Payment Methods" section of our website and in the purchase process, at the stage of selecting the payment method.
- If you choose online payment, the funds must be credited to your REMACAFFE account within the time period specified by the Store. Otherwise, the order will be canceled. Of course, you can place a new order by choosing another payment method or make the online payment on time.
- We may change the prices of the Goods in the Store, change the assortment, introduce promotions or other discounts for products, but these changes will not violate the already concluded sales contracts or the rights of customers using the given promotion.
VI. COMPLAINTS ON GOODS
- The Store sells exclusively new and original Goods. REMACAFFE is responsible for any non-conformity of the Goods with the contract, existing at the time of delivery of the Goods and discovered within the framework of the regulations in force in this area.
- If you believe that the Goods you purchased do not comply with the contract, you may file a complaint in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law and the provisions contained in the General Terms and Conditions.
- You can submit your complaint in the following way:
- send us the advertised Product with a written description of the defect - you can use the complaint form provided by us, downloaded from the Store page, but this is not mandatory
- send the complaint by registered letter or other form of delivery to the address: Plovdiv, 3 Mostova Street
- You will receive information on how to handle your complaint within 14 days after receiving the Goods you have complained about.
- to request a price reduction (with an indication of the amount) or to withdraw from the contract if the defect is substantial. In such a case, we may immediately and without undue inconvenience to you replace the claimed Goods with a new one or remedy the defect and thus settle your claim;
- to request replacement of the Goods with a defect-free one or removal of the defect. In such a case, we may immediately and without undue inconvenience to you replace the defective Goods with a new one (if you request a replacement) or repair them (if you request a repair). If both repair and replacement are impossible or require excessive costs, we may refuse to bring the Goods into conformity with the contract in the manner chosen by you, i.e. by repair or repair. In such a case, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract or to have the price reduced.
- If the complaint is not honored, we will return the Goods to you along with a statement regarding the unfoundedness of the complaint.
- When receiving the shipment, pay attention to whether it is damaged. If you find damage to the shipment, ask the carrier or the person issuing the Goods to you at the point of receipt to draw up a report on the damage to the shipment.
- Out-of-court dispute resolution methods:
- If you purchase the Goods as a consumer, you have the right to take advantage of the out-of-court method of resolving disputes and seeking claims through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
- The ODR platform is an interactive tool provided to consumers by the European Union through which you can submit a complaint.
VII. RETURN OF GOODS - CANCELLATION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
If you purchase the Goods as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the concluded sales contract without giving any reason, under the rules set out below.
- The right of withdrawal from the distance contract does not apply to the sale of sealed food products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened after delivery;
- Sale of sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed computer software, the packaging of which has been opened after delivery
- Sale of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, excluding subscription contracts.
- You may withdraw from the contract for the sale of the Goods in the Store within 14 days of receiving the Goods.
You can exercise your right to withdraw from the contract in the following way:
- notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail at: info@remacaffe.com or in writing at the Store's address;
VIII. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF GOODS
- In case you decide to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods:
- You are obliged to cover the costs of sending the goods to us related to the refusal.
- We will refund the funds received from you immediately, but no later than 14 days after we receive your declaration of withdrawal. We will also refund the delivery costs and money transfer if you return all the goods purchased within one order. We may delay the refund of your funds until we receive the returned goods or shipping document.
- The refund will be made using the same method used for payment, unless you agree to a different method. In any case, you will not be charged any additional fees.
- According to the law, you are liable for any diminution in value of the returned goods resulting from their use in a manner other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functions.
IX. RETURN OPTIONS
- If the value of the goods you purchased exceeds the free return threshold (taking into account any applied discounts and promotions), you can use the free return option upon withdrawal from the contract. The method of use and the free return threshold are described on the "Return" page.
- You may not use the free return option - you have the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods within 30 days of receiving them, covering the costs of the return.
X. INFORMATION REGARDING SERVICES PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY
- Through the store www.remacaffe.com we provide the following services electronically:
a) Possibility of concluding contracts for the online sale of goods.
- You have the right to withdraw from concluded contracts for the sale of goods according to the relevant provisions of the law and these General Terms and Conditions.
- If you cancel the account maintenance service in the store or participate in the loyalty program, you have the right to do so within 30 days of creating the account by informing us at info @remacaffe.com .
XI. LOYALTY PROGRAM
- After registering your account in the store, you can use a point bonus within the framework of the REMACAFFE loyalty program. The bonus is in the form of a discount on the value of the purchases made and is not subject to exchange for cash.
- The bonus can be used for purchases only in the store and is calculated on the value of the purchases made, rounded to full levs.
- The premium cannot reduce the price of the item by more than 50% of its original price.
- In the event of a return of goods, the used premium will be refunded to your account.
XII. FRAUD PREVENTION
- REMACAFFE reserves the right to refuse to accept an order or block an account in the event of a material violation of the store's rules of use.
- We will notify you of any account blocking by email and give you the opportunity to present your position.
XIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
- Before concluding a contract for the sale of goods, please read the General Terms and Conditions.
- Bulgarian legislation applies to the sale of goods in the store.
- The changes to the General Terms and Conditions will apply to contracts concluded after their entry into force.
